The meeting-spicer if a fun and fast activity that uses mindfulness techniques to help your team take control of meeting-productivity.

This is how it works:

At the beginning of each meeting you will draw a random card to be read aloud, with a question or a proposed activity.
This will help your team focus on the meetings purpose/ effectiveness.

At the end of a meeting, another card is drawn to help your team summarise / follow up.

Whats more, these activities are timed to 30 seconds each (with a built-in timer) ,to assured not to take too much time from your actual meetings agenda!

In addition, during the meeting you can draw an optional surprise card (not to be shared with the group), that will help you understand how the meeting is progressing and help you contribute to it as an individual participant.

With loads of useful tips with just the right dash of fun-spice, released in a slow rate of two per meeting, your team is assured to enter the sustainable path of meeting improvement!
